Thank you for applying for media credentials at Glen Ridge. As we enter our upcoming season we appreciate your professional coverage of our events.
Coverage of Glen Ridge events and activities by accredited media is welcomed and encouraged. We kindly ask that all requests be submitted no later than April 15, 2024. Please do not submit more than one request per media outlet for any one event.
Credentials are not transferable, photo ID is required to obtain entry into the race track under media credentials, no ID, no free entry, sorry. Application APPROVAL or DENIAL will be sent via e-mail address provided by the applicant.
Photographers are always required to wear safety vests, these will NOT be provided, so please bring your own or you cannot be allowed to shoot from the infield of the race track or surroundings.
“Go-Pros” or any type of on-board camera cannot be attached to any fence outside or inside of the racetrack.This request must be made two weeks before the event and we will make contact to discuss. All media coverage including, but not limited to Photography, Videography, Audio and Journalism obtained while covering events at Glen Ridge is subject to be used by event management upon request, for promotional purposes. LIVE video coverage of Glen Ridge events is strictly prohibited, and any requests need to be approved in advance and in writing.
If you receive media credentials at the Glen Ridge, please note that this is a privilege. Any negative story, or photos pertaining to the events at Glen Ridge will asked to be removed, and credentials could be revoked. Media outlets, you are responsible for your photographers & journalists, any story or photo deemed detrimental to Glen Ridge could result in the entire media outlet credentials being revoked with or without notice.
